RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SONALYTE™, your satisfaction is our priority.
While US law does not require any mandatory return period, we voluntarily offer a 90-day return window so you can try your device with confidence.


1. Easy 4-Step Returns

If you want to return your product within 90 days of delivery, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at: info@sonalyte.com

  2. We send you a short return form

  3. Prepare the device in its original condition (including accessories & packaging)

  4. Ship it to the return address provided by our support team
    Once the product is received and inspected, we issue your refund.


2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The device must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, cables, and manuals must be included

  • The device must not have been modified, repaired, or altered

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility,
except in cases of manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent.


3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund is processed to the original method of payment.
Processing time after approval: up to 14 days, depending on your bank.


4. Voluntary Satisfaction Guarantee (90 Days)

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return the device even without specific justification.

This is a voluntary commercial policy, not a legal requirement.


5. Warranty (U.S. Market)

SONALYTE™ C10TX includes a 1-year limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage

If a covered issue occurs, we provide repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty is provided under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (U.S. standards).


6. Defective or Incorrect Product

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos or a short video
    We will arrange a free replacement or refund, depending on your preference.


7. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Refunds cannot be issued while the package is still in transit.

If the carrier confirms a lost shipment, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
